USA: new AD - 232 RFID inlay, designed for the denim (fibre2fashion) clothing industry

Avery Dennison has announced the launch of its latest ultra high frequency RFID inlay, AD-232. It is ideal for tracking asset, level goods retail including clothing and many other applications where the proximity or the packing of the goods is required. It is designed to perform exceptionally well on difficult-to-tag elements such as denim clothes.

Using last EPC Gen 2 integrated circuit of the NXP Semiconductors, the G2iL, overlay AD - 232 is designed to provide overall performance in the band of 860-960 MHz UHF yield balanced in a wide range of applications. AD-232 has a footprint of the antenna 70 x 14.5 mm and integrates perfectly into a large 3-inch RFID label.
