NEW YORK (Reuters) - planned Corp. based Tablet news service daily, daily News asked a judge to bar Worldwide IMG laying claim to the trademark property of the daily newspaper name.
IMG, which has a publication called The Daily Front, fashion industry lawyers have advised News Corp IMG has words "Newspaper," common law trademark rights that News Corp court documents.
Both parties met on Thursday, but did not reach an agreement, according to the filing, which prompted the News Corp to strike first in advance what he brought an action 'likely' and 'imminent' the Sun.
