PETALUMA, California, December 15, 2010/PRNewswire / - Creative research systems today released a new Module Web-CATI brings sophisticated Internet telephone interviews. This new addition to its world-renowned survey software package - The Survey System - saves money business research by letting the interviewers to work at home or other remote instead of locating a telephone central bank sites.

The interviewer must only an ordinary telephone and an Internet connection broadband, a PC equipped with MAC or Web browser. It will work also thanks to a system such as Skype VOIP.
Interviewer connects Web site and sees the next phone number available to call a preliminary script and any other information researcher may have on the person with this number. Interviewer conducts the interview schedules an appointment to call back at a particular date and time or recordings resulting from an appeal, as the "availability" or "no answer".
The interviews themselves can take full advantage of its potential broad logic and the ability to combine preexisting information system on the CATI software survey responses.
The central Office requires a minimum on CATI Professional Edition system with modules, Web and Web-CATI, plus a Windows web server.
